Receive monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports to help you understand how your business is doing.
Bookkeeping Review
We review your books for unusual items, missing information, and other issues that may need attention.
Year-End Preparation
Your books are kept organized throughout the year to make tax preparation easier at year-end.
Pricing & Scope
Monthly bookkeeping fees are based on the scope and complexity of the services needed. Your monthly fee will be determined after we review your bookkeeping needs.
Our standard bookkeeping services do not include accounts payable or accounts receivable management. Payroll, sales tax filings, cleanup or catch-up work, and other services are available separately when needed.

Sales Tax Filing
Stay current with your sales tax obligations. We prepare and file your required sales tax returns based on your bookkeeping records and keep track of filing deadlines.

Quarterly Payroll Reconciliation
We review your payroll reports and reconcile payroll activity to your books, helping ensure payroll expenses, taxes and liabilities are recorded accurately.

Starting at $75/Quarter
Go beyond accurate financial statements with quarterly review of your business performace. We'll look at meaningful trends, changes and areas that may deserve attention, helping you better understand what your numbers are telling you.

1099 Vendor Processing
We prepare and file required 1099 forms for your vendors and contractors, helping you meet year-end reporting requirements.

Cleanup & Catch-Up Bookeeping
If your books need to be brought up to date before ongoing bookkeeping begins, we can help. Cleanup and catch-up work is billed hourly and quoted after we review the condition of your books.

Separate flat-rate add-ons apply to specialized schedules such as business entities, rental properties, complex investment portfolios or specialized non-cash charitable tracking.
👥 Family Continuity Discount As a benefit to our premium clients, we offer a flat courtesy rate of $125 for any simple, W-2/Interest-only tax returns for your dependent children. This ensures their first steps into the tax world are handled correctly, and allows us to seamlessly coordinate their dependency status with your primary return.
Trust & Fiduciary Services
Starting at $450
What's Included:
- Preparation and filing of the federal return and one state return.
- Reporting standard 1099-INT and 1099-DIV tax forms
- Generating and issuing up to 3 Schedule K-1s for the beneficaries
- Review of tax documents and information provided for completeness.
Trust tax returns require careful reporting of income, deductions, distributions, and beneficiary information. We prepare fiduciary income tax returns for trusts and help trustees navigate the filing requirements from start to finish.
Returns involving multiple states, additional beneficiaries, complex investments, or other unusual tax situations may require an additional fee. We’ll discuss any additional work with you before proceeding.
Corporate & Partnership Tax

Professional tax compliance and strategic planning for modern business structures. We ensure your entity filings are precise, optimized and fully compliant with federal and state regulations.

- Normal review/reconciliation of financial statements and tax sensitive accounts.
Tax-Ready Book Requirement: Baseline rates apply to businesses providing fully reconciled, year-end balance sheet and trial balance. For books requiring catch-up reconciliation or adjustments, a structural accounting fee will be quoted upfront.
